Minister Vernon and Anya Myers

Vernon and Anya Myers, aka “Love” and “Lovies”, have been actively engaged in supporting individuals who want to get married or stay married. They started serving for the Lord since becoming eGroup Leaders for Elevation Church Online campus in early 2017 and are the Online eGroup Care Team Coordinator as of 2021. They are the founders and lead spiritual leaders for Stronger Together Closer to God Ministries.

When they aren’t celebrating their anniversary every month or taking care of their parents, they are running their non-profit organization called KidsSTREAM which serves at-risk, suburban youth from various academic levels from Pre-K through 8th grade. KidsSTREAM’s mission is to prepare academically and socially youth and adults in Southern Maryland to excel in the fields of science, technology, research, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STREAM). They live in Lexington Park, Maryland with their Yorkshire Terrier, Miles, and Vernon’s father.

OUR MINISTRY

Vernon and Anya believe we all are searching for guidance when it comes to our relationship. Whether you are dating, courting, engaged, newly married, or been married for some time, it is a great idea to find the right people to give you the right counsel for your relationship. Each item on this website will contain common sense wisdom and guidance on maximizing and applying God's word and the Holy Spirit to fulfill God's calling for you and your significant other's everyday life.

This ministry will provide a great space to ask, share, and reflect on everyday issues and how it aligns with God's principles and His Word. Each podcast, video, live event, and workshops will be center in God's Word and purpose. At the end of the day the ministry will help spouses or significant others to persevere for their relationship and excel in fulfilling the purpose of each other and their marriages.

Our ministry will also assist in guiding those couples who need crisis intervention and give guidance for the widows. We are here to promote the love that God stated for us in John 4:7: Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes form God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God."
